About Me

I’m a board certified Registered Dietitian, being one the few dietitians in the country recognised by the Indian Dietetic Association.

I commenced my entrepreneurial innings in 2008 with the launch of the Metamorphosis clinic in Mumbai followed by the Gym and Tonic fitness centre in Goa in 2015 and finally Mind Your Fitness clinic in Mumbai and Pune in 2018. 

My boutique ventures are multi-disciplinary and holistic in nature covering facets such as nutrition, training, and psychology in entirety. 

With mental health being an integral part of my practice, I launched Talk To Me in 2020– a Mumbai- based NGO that aims to reach out to the less privileged sections of society for mental health counselling and screening.

My Journey

Being all bones and a bookworm in my younger days, with no interest whatsoever in physical activities, I lost out on my golden window for maximising my physical potential in my teenage years.
Despite having a degree in nutrition, I only got serious about exercise in my late 20’s.
My own journey in the gym inspired me to integrate exercise science as a potential (and rather underutilised) tool in my nutrition practice.
A penchant for fitness inspired me to participate in the Indian Body Builders Federation Championship, 2015 where I bagged bronze medals at the State and National level at 38!
My mental health battles further led me to understand the importance of integrating mental health counselling as the 3rd pillar in my 360-degree approach to managing health and fitness.

And that’s how Mind Your Fitness came into being!
